Welcome to Krysha's

Welcome to Krysha's Shopping Kapades--translation= Christine's Shopping Escapades. Krysha is actually the Polish name for Christine. A true melting potter, Christine combines the passion from her Hispanic roots with the common sense of her Polish half to create one smart, savvy shopper.

Like most women, Christine loves to shop but may not always due to driving distance to malls and the usurping of other priorities--smart girl. Although she spends more time studying fashion and shopping online.
While Christine may not be inducted into the Women's Society of Shoe Collection (she's still under the 50 pair shoe mark), her shopping philosophy is to have few selective but great outfits rather than multiple closets of clothes rarely worn (Besides, she lives in the city and a condo where closet space is limited too). "To modify an old cliché, 'it's about looking like Audrey Hepburn, without spending the Tiffany price tag every time,'" shares Christine. Not to mislead anyone, this blog will feature high-end products with a price tag to match sometimes.

So Krysha and her sidekick here, Alicia, will share fashion trends, fabulous finds and stumble-upons for shopping websites, fashion shows, and artist galleries for one-of-a-kind apparel or home decor and accessories and that must-indulge-in -a- luxury item. These items include children apparel (ie. UMI shoes as worn by children of celebrities), stylized luggage (luggage is accessories to your traveling outfit!), jewelry, handbags and more!

As always, we welcome our readers in other states and countries to share their tips. If shipping is available to other countries, please be sure to include that in your tips!!!

Let's go Shopping! By the way, if you have not seen the movie "Breakfast at Tiffany's" get your copy now of this great movie classic with Audrey Hepburn and George Peppard at Amazon for only $6.00.

What does the movie have to do with shopping?--not much. I don't want to spoil the plot and surprise since Christine has not seen the movie and is ordering it now. By the way, that's Christine in the pictures above--15 years ago for a modeling portfolio. Doesn't she look fabulous?

P.S. Krysha is pronounced--K'ree-shaw
